Kiip, powered by Findhelp, is a new tool to help organizations manage clients, referrals, and information. It also empowers individuals with control over their own data to better access services and care.

Together, the two organizations offer a powerful end-to-end approach to social care solutions that can help improve health equity to the more than 46 million people who have used Findhelp to locate vital resources. Organizations can sign up for Kiip and start using it right away. It's easy to learn and does not require customization. We offer monthly webinars to introduce teams to the new technology. HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) gathers and shares info among homeless service providers, but it doesn't let individuals access the stored documents. The Kiip two-sided system empowers and gives autonomy to the people we help, working alongside HMIS.

Kiip is completely free for community-based and similar organizations.
As part of Findhelp’s free suite of tools for community organizations and customer partners, Kiip supports CBOs mission at no cost. We may introduce paid add-on features as we evolve.
Individuals will always be able to use Kiip’s free tools to keep, manage, and share their own documents. -
The storage space for clients and organizations is unlimited.

Currently in Kiip, users can generate and download reports on their client directories and case notes.

Yes! Referrals made via Findhelp appear in your Inbound Clients dashboard in Kiip. You can update the status, which will be visible via Findhelp.

Organization admins can add new team members directly to their programs on Kiip to help manage clients. If they have trouble doing this themselves, or if a team member needs to be added when an admin is unavailable, they can contact support at Helpdesk+Kiip@findhelp.com.

Check your junk or promotions folder in your email for the invite.
If it’s not there, ask the program supervisor to resend the invite. They can do this by going to ‘Overview’ > ‘Organization Settings’, finding the staff members name, and resending the invite.

No. Kiip does not sell or share data without consent. Kiip is built for keeping and sharing sensitive documents with tight data privacy standards to safeguard this info. Kiip utilizes a multi-cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and redundancy. Our primary data hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East-1 region (Virginia), with secondary storage via Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the Central-1 zone (Iowa). Importantly, all client data remains within the United States, ensuring it stays within U.S. legal jurisdiction.

Yes. Kiip is operated as a HIPAA compliant platform. Kiip comes with a variety of safeguards to protect the PHI and ePHI of all of our users to ensure all data stored on Kiip is safe, secure, and only accessed by individuals who have permission. No. By policy and by design Kiip does not, and cannot, access the information of individual users of the system. If someone becomes aware of illegal or inappropriate content being stored or shared on Kiip we ask them to report that information to us so appropriate action may be taken. Kiip does not tolerate any illegal content on our platform.
